im currently lvl 99 looking for the fastest way possible to get to my 4th job. any suggestions on where i should train?

Wyverns. Very fast leveling and very small and vertical map. Perfect for Ice Strike. This is where I train and I highly recommend it. You can also go to Himes. It's probably the easiest to get to, but sadly pot burn in that location is very high. Probably the fastest way to go if you have a lot of mesos. Another choice is Firebrands. Very very hard to get to because for the full Firebrand map you'll have to walk past Crimson Guardians. But if you do train there, you will not need MP pots at all. With a decent MP Eater, you can recover about 2k mp per mob. Very cheap leveling.
