Urban Warrior?

Hey everyone, well I've finished most of the quests in NLC and I was wondering why Urban Warrior isn't there anymore? I remember you had to talk to the Mayor to start the quest but it isn't even in my Quest logs. Can someone tell me what happened to the quest?

You need to finish all of the quests you need to before you can activate the quest.

Oh, I finished it last night! I thought he had the quest bulb on top of his head so I was wondering what happened. You had to click him to take the quiz.
