So I came back after 2~3 weeks of quitting, but the family system isn't working for me.. It stopped working after the first sc after the patch that brought the family system.. I heard it was because im from Europe? Is there any way to fix this? I really want to use the Family system..

i heard the family system was glitchy after the patch and that everyones rep got deleted

I can get invited, and invite other peoples. It even brings the message: "You have joined XXXX's family, hes now your senior" and "XXX has joined your family, bla bla" But after that, it is like nothing happened, I wont earn REP, there is no Familiy tree, and it says I didnt join a family yet
