Ghost in my piano?

So, as I was going to the bathroom, I hear this loud sound that sounds like a piano. I thought it was weird because I haven't used my piano for years and it is now covered with books and paper. I thought I was crazy at first, but I heard it again. It scared the truck outta me so I had a rush and ran back to my room. Do you think it was a ghost? Edit: The sound was a crash. Not music.
