Heck ya it is possible! I am living breathing proof... i now have 23 mil(for 8atk wg) 1atk pac, and ilbis so again of course it is possible!

Like LoveMage said, just get icies which are 20k or lower last time I checked. It's 21 att I think. For the armor, you might not get the latest thing every lvl D:

Yes purely because of Normal dex gear becoming cheaper as you go up so buy from stores until level 40 then buy normal 50 gear for under 500k(SET), Get icys their like 5k now. Slowly upgrade to Tobi, Now things get a bit harder from Tobi->Steely Conversion. I would recomend NORMAL DEX, 8 sets of icy, 100% all your weapons from 40-59(you can get 3 above average claws[clean] from CPQ) That is a easy simple cheap(though weaker) version of Sin
