Maple shield hunting worth it?

I even see third job people at bubblings and whatnot. Is it really that worth it? What's the average price of a Maple Shield in Khaini and do the shields even drop often? When asking is it worth it, I meant is it worth it for a 91 DK with less than 10 mill meso (besides equips) to go to the trouble of going for them?

The Maple Shields are slow dropping. About 37M right now.
