Final attack questions

I know how it works for bowmen, but i think its different for warriors... which i am relativly inexperienced in. When using sb, and fa activates, is it a mob attack, or a 1v1? Also is fa suggested for a page? If it makes no difference or is beneficial, im going page. But if it hurts quite a bit, im going fighter. I read the guides, but im not getting a very clear answer. Also, will fa activate for 3rd job skills, like charged blow, or 4th like blast?

A) it will make a mob FA, however won't deal 250% to each monster, but divided on the mob, and not equally. It's most likely to do something like 3000 -> 1000 -> 300 -> 200 -> 100 -> 1, not exactly like that, but you get the point, it basically sucks for mobbing. If it's beneficial for Pages or not, I don't know. B) No, it doesn't activate with Blast/ CB/ ACB. Btw Zenark, you'll be amazed to find out how more mature this forum is than the Mage one XD. Way to go, first F/P, and now a Warrior? :D.

keep your base dex as low as you can to train on your next training area. do some research. when making your page, use a heavy hammer and battle shield, until level 50. even 100%'ed it makes a decent unfunded weapon. and get FA last thing. Don't go hybrid, even though you can. FA is more useful as a Crusader than a WK, but it's still worth the SP for the WK. FA for slash blast is 250% total to however many monsters you hit. So it would be more beneficial to use 2 regular slash blasts on a mob of 6 than having FA activate once and using one reg. attack.

Im kinda leaning towards sword, cause i have an 83 glow whip (these things are freaks of nature! Oo) and im pretty well funded. Yay, mature forums! :D. I decided to make a page/fighter cause my spearman is cool, but lacked fa... and training has slown down dramatically. his base dex is 80, which isnt a problem, but my damage is quite a bit low. So here i am, making a lowdex fighter/page. :]

I'm saying it because people here don't make as many VS. threads, and if they do, the forum answers them "check the stickies", also, a lot more people disagree with me here than on the F/P & Mage forum.

FA is a good skill for both pages and fighters. FA does not activate for the 3rd job skills you get for any class, but it will activate with the charges a white knight gets. Other then that FA is useless in 4th job for any class.

At Masterxlink, do you mean power strike/slash blast + charge allows fa, or just charging your weapon activates fa?

FA, if used with power strike, is like a second power strike. FA, if used with slash blast, is like a second slash blast, but much weaker. You know how slash blast deals a total of 130% damage against the entire mob that you use it on? The FA version won't even deal 130% damage, and the distribution is totally unfair. For all three warrior classes, don't be surprised if you hit a single digit number, when mobbing a group of 5-6 monsters, with the usage of FA. The damage calculation and distribution for FA is whacky. You can safely skip FA as a page or a spearman, and the only thing you'll need it for as a fighter is when you become a crusader, for charging orbs faster. According to a very accurate test, using the slash blast effect of FA, will actually decrease your DPM, as compared to just using slash blast without FA. I went with the mistake of getting FA as a page. Even now at level 101, I still hit triple digits with FA-slash blast, and I hate it.
