Question about reports

do they stack if the reports are on the same page? like what if 50 people report the same page, the mod has to go through all of them?

I would assume so, but it would be better that ten people report one thing, rather than no one reporting it.

Assuming they actually report, yes. Often times when someone says they've reported, they don't.
