At level 42, you barely need 2x EXP to level up once and gain 99.98% (max exp gain for one monster), let alone 8x EXP.

But say i need 200k exp for this level, then i need 300k next level and 400k the level after that. If i gain 1m exp will i get all of those levels?

teh max levels you can gan from one monster is 1level and 99.98% correct me if im wrong please

You can only gain 1 level and 99.98% form one monster... so yea. You can't gain all those levels at once..
