Timeless Weapons Question

I've spent a good deal of time surfing the web researching the Timeless Weapons. I've found out a good deal on what they do and how to upgrade them, BUT I can't find anywhere that says how you actually obtain them. Are they dropped? Forged? ITCG? Gacha? Thanks for the answers in advance. This was the best info i could find on it link

Supposedly Pink Been drops them, and you can forge them using Dragon Weapons + some other stuff.

in Korea, they are forged. they will also be dropped by Pink Been/Bean, but unlikely that many people will be able to kill that.. lol

And like a day after it was released, no-delay hackers killed Pink Been/Vynn. Pink Been/Vynn does drop Timeless Weapons and Reverse (?) Weapons, which can be upgraded using the Teardrop (?) it also drops.

Normal time temple mobs drop them, though the ones they drop are weaker then the ones that Pink Bean/Vynn drops.

i've managed to wear a dragon slash claw that need 110dex it might get rid of dexless noobs but the lowdex peeps will be strong =)
