Can someone explain HP wash?

I've been hearing a lot about hp washing these days, I was just wondering if anyone could clear this up I'm a lvl 37Xbow on my new account, I was wondering if I should "HP wash". Is Hp washing good and usefull? Is so when should I start?

Lvl up wth int gear so you get more mp with your lvl up Add an AP into HP Use an AP reset to take a point out of mp and put it in your main stat (so dex for your xbowman)

No w8 its like this: - U use your AP to add them in MaxHP ( this will cause you to lose points in your mainstats like dex for xbowman) Some People leave it like this, its called a blood-build For the actual HP-wash U have to do this too HOWever You lv Up with INT gear that gives you extra MP at every lv-up. When u Have like 12 MP extra u can remove that with an AP-reset you will be given 1 point back, that you can put back into your main-stat. Sounds weird? Just go to youtube it really makes sence, thers1 that explains how it works. For most classes Adding HP at MAXHP thing adds 20 Hp, for wariors this is more coz of a skill they have.
