I want to make a new character but i wanna pick between these 2 jobs-infighter pirate of assasin thief. Which should i pick? sry for bad grammar

Bullets or throwing stars? Fast or fastest? Uncommon or common? "New" or "old"? Possibly overhyped or very stereotyped? Less space in USE slots or even more less space in USE slots? More theoretical damage overtime or decent damage overtime with an archer buff on a single target monster? Lots of factors to consider. I would try both to at least Lv. 50 then decide. Gunslingers can mob in 2nd job while assassins won't be able to until 3rd job.
