can i stack 2x exp 30mins with 2x 15min and 1.5x exp and 2x party?

Pretty sure you can't stack family Entitlements. You can however stack 2x cards/events with 2x family entitlements.

You can't stack family Entitlements together. You can stack 2xexp Event, 2x Exp Card, Family 2x exp.
