How come This Guy has no Avatar? did he just upload a blank pic and mr.b accepted or is my comp stuffed up?

It seems the image is corrupt. Might be a mistake on Mr B's fault. If something shows up with that little error square, it means their is a problem with the image itself

If no image appears, either: • the uploader uploaded a blank image, in which you could report for a fake avatar (highly unlikely) • the image from the rankings is corrupt, in which you could search the character name and see if the image from the rankings really is corrupt • the person viewing it has the image blocked (again, highly unlikely) It should be the second one, as Sparkeh said.
