Can anyone please explain to me in detail how to obtain the skill Snipe? Thanks all

Same as how BMs get their Concentrate skill. The thing to find 50 spirit rocks + kill 300 rogs.

Get an Ancient Book, the quest will start from there. It's pretty straight forward if you read what the NPCs are saying.

Snipe: Hunt for the Green Storybook from Sharks Bring the green book to Librarian Uzu or Wiz in Korean Folk Town. He will ask you to collect the following: 50 ink (Squid) 10 pure waters 30 magic rocks. Bring back all of the collected items to Librarian Uzu. He will give you another Green Book. Head over to Henesys and talk to Athena Now travel to El Nath and talk to your 3rd job instructor Then talk to Shammos below Travel to Sleepywood and talk to the �Training Person�, and then then head to Sleepywood Dungeon and talk to �The Insignificant Being� �The Insignificant Being� will asks you to collect 50 dark crystal balls (Cargo, Taurospear, Jr. Balrog) Return back to �The Insignificant Being�, and he will exchange your items for a key to enter an arena. Go to Sanctuary Entrance 3 with the key in hand and enter the portal in the middle Begin killing 300 monsters inside, you have about 20mins to complete this part (NOTE: You need 1 other person to enter this arena. That person must also be a 4th job archer). Once your done, talk to the �Insignificant Being� again to complete the quest.

Let me add something to this. As opposed to warriors in El nath PQ (for dragon breath), it doesn't matter if the 4th job archer has or hasn't snipe/concentrate. And when you die (could happen), you won't have to start at 0 kills, it remains the ammount you've killed and only got to kill the ammount of kills you needed more, before you died.
