hey i put points on everything except nimble feet in the beginners skills, can i get it any way now? and do pirates ever get skills that ever make them move fast? brawlers..

You can use dash also, at max it's 30% Speed and 10% for 20 secs, at 5MP each time you use.

Brawler + Dash = no no It would be annoying to accidentally dash into things by accident, and hear that dash sound over and over (unless your hands are stable). Eat magnesium and you'll stop shaking... Google it!
