Maplestory level up exp adjusted?

hi basil, a question about the adjustment for how much exp you need to level in the 4th anniversary event, is this permanent or just for the event? ty flamedspear

If your under level 30 you get +50% extra EXP but if your level over 31 you only get +25% of the given monster

It's 25% less EXP Needed to level up? What the hell! o_O No wonder I was feeling like I get more EXP than usual hunting Maple Items. ;
