Lots of new stuff came out. Talk to a high level priest or bishop ingame and ask them about training spots, etc. Get multiple opinions from people, lots of people are biased (lukless is the best, blah, etc) More recent training spots, etc.

Yes, it is a bad guide to follow (in my opinion). It is outdated and biased (IN MY OPINION), and I highly recommend you do not use it.

Maybe you should try to make your own and see the amount of hard time and work that the authors put into it before criticizing them like you made a better one.
