It would be because they wouldn't have Holy Symbol to party with Dks.

Not really, Bishops are extremely powerful with genesis. It should be fairly easy to lvl after 120, just train at harps until about 125, then try newts

F6. For a Cleric yes, their skills would get so repetitive at 120. If you become a bishop though, it's by far the easiest class to level. Thats why there are so many 4th job bishops, Hitting like 16 (correct me if i am wrong) monsters with one gen, giving amazing exp.
