Training spots?

Hey guys im at lvl 25 and i was wondering where i should train to lvl up quick, can i get which monsters to fight or maps to go to. Also should i do KPQ or HPQ b/c HPQ is faster but KPQ is better rewards. What about when 2x exp is on, where should i go then. Thanks in advance. Much Appreciated

However, as a mage, I DID party with a bowman, just killing the top platforms, and I did the bottom. @OP: You can try that. Just party up with a brawler/mage/warrior and pwn the dungeon.
