I really want to get a 63 att, but it seems like 20 mil is wayyy overpaying it. x.x And I'm running out of money that I need to spend on gun-breaking scrolls! D:I know eventually the prices will go down, but when and to how much?

There's an auction for a Maple Gun (forget stats) for 350k right now in Mardia. Would it be worth it to buy it and upgrade it to a Cannon Shooter? Also, are the stats random when you upgrade it?
