I think it's just corrupted windows files. If you have like your windows XP disk or whatever, put that in and try to do a repair.

Your computer repeatedly restarts itself? Sounds like either your motherboard or some bootsector virus. Try booting with a linux LiveCD to see if you still get the problem first?
