I think u shuld decide because 99% isn't a big difference to 95%, BUT IF NEXON WERE TO MAKE A 94% AND A 99% SCROLL AND IT WAS LIKE A CHAOS SCROLL AND IF THE 94% PHAILS UR ITEM IS DESTROYED FOREVER, I WULD WANT THAT 99%

As far as I've noticed, my level 21 Hawk misses a stun once every couple hours or so. 95% is more than enough.

Is this for the skill thing? If it is then leave it at 95%. It will almost always likely stun monsters. I'm sure you can use 8 SP on something useful.

95% is high enough. Extra 8 SP could be useful. =]

If you think the 8 SP can be used in a more efficient way, then yeah leave it at 95%.

21 hawk is more than enough. I preferred to put my points into MB/Inferno than to cry about wasting an extra pot every 45 minutes.

hmm, heres my build. Thrust:0 Inferno:30 Silver Hawk: 29 Strafe:30 MB: 12 AR: 30 I know its better to leave MB at either 10 or 15 or w/e, but 12 seems very helpful at newtie bottom. 95% can barely handle middle perfectly, so in order to do bottom I think you will need 99%.
