Starting out poor is so hard!

HI everyone! Well recently I got sick of MapleSEA and sorta migrated to GMS because the IP ban is really a pain. (Not to mention loot lag and lots of other stuff.) Thing is, I have so much money on MSEA and giving it up like that is a lil... = = idk. I'm not that 'I-have-1-000000000000000000000000000000-mesos' kind of rich, but I have decent equips and always have mesos for scrolling/having fun. I got bored of MSEA because everytime I log on, I get dragged off to let my friend leech at anego's. I play a lvl 139 Bowmaster in MapleSEA (with all endgame gear obtained), along with a Hermit that I've given to my friend, and a crossbowman. I have 2 more characters on 2 IP banned accounts, namely a Chief dit and a I/L Mage. Now, I play a 3x Cleric on Demethos. Idk if I should keep going on SEA, or concentrate on getting my cleric to bishop-hood. But my mage is dirt poor. If not for friends' donations, I'd be doing lots of nub damage and can't even level as fast as my... 139 bowmaster. LOL. Any advice is welcome! Thanks!

I say just quit alltogether. Maple isn't really that interesting. I only play it to make friends and explore/pq.

Hello. I read your story and I believe you're in a hard situation =( In my opinion, and to be very honest with you, the job that you chose for a start in GMS is pretty boring. (I made a priest "Lv87 corrently" and I really tasted the boredsom of my char, after that I made a warrior which is Lv127 right now, and I do not regret it at all... now That's first. Second is, why do you have to give your whole effort in MSEA to someone? even if he/she deserves it! I believe that if your friend agreed to obtain (take) your character in MSEA from you, then he/she doesn't really deserve it =( Because it is a shame, to accept taking someone's char, AND SELFISHNESS. You can give them info... tell them "hey you can try my bowmaster from time to time =D " The hell I WOULD BE FREAKING HAPPY if my friend let me try his 4th jobber. That means he trusts me and he respects me and adores me. BUT .. I wouldn't accept taking his char ... it is HIS char .. he's not going to "like" other life? he's just going to GMS for a while =) I think I spoke too much. goodbye

It shouldn't be that hard to make money, your level 30, in 6 more levels you can do the Subani's Legacy quest, an instant 5m+. Since your a cleric, you won't need much money. If you want more money, sell the maple leaves and sunshines you get for 1~5k each. Another option is to go grind at drum bunnies/bubblings. Drum bunnies drop chaos scroll 60% and bubblings drop maple shields. In Windia, Chaos Scroll is about 100m and Maple shields are about 50m. Be aware that maple shields are rapidly dropping in price, but it is more likely you'll find a maple shield IMO :] Its very easy to make money in GMS, you just need to know how. Look at the money making guide on basilmarket, General section and you should be fine.

Thanks for your insightful comments! I started a cleric because I'm poor and I'm intending to use it to make some money before i start another bowman here on demethos. xD hehe. I gave my friend an account cause I happened to have a hermit that I don't really play anymore, because I <3 my bowman much much more than my d3xl355 1337 hermit. haha. And that friend happened to be a fan of hermits. He lives a floor below me and when he gets me to anego we go on 3 computers (leecher, attacker and exp mule) with me on 2. lol. Idk if he's selfish or what, but he seems to be having fun so.. Just that anego gets tiring after awhile...

For some reason I regret some stuff I wrote in my comment (I knew it was rushy). Look, if someone agreed to take his/her friend's char... it really doesn't have to be selfishness... but it is surely a Not-So-Thinkful decision, as if he/she didn't think about the hard effort that you put in order to level that character, like if you're doing so much hard work for him/her and he accepts it for his enjoyment's sake. Something like that. You are a fourth jobber for God sake! You have plenty of experience! Do you think priests will give you that much of a fund? Look, hear this out: How about you make start your bowman right now, and start enjoying yourself in GMS, .. in the same time, buy a Store by nxCash and just merchant even for half an hour a day. (Of course the store stills open in your afk times). I bet you will make more money before the time you'll be a bishop if you kept training it instead of a bowman. Anyways, it's your decision, no body has to do with it but you. Good luck.
