Scammed and quitting.

Well I got scammed today. It all started with transferring items. I was trying to transfer all my stuff from my mule to my main. skanda, maple bandana, diao chan sword, and other stuffs . Well seeing that no one was on and my friend BiMBOxD was the only one on, I decided to call him to help me transfer my items. I have known him for 1 year through merchanting and he has never scammed me before and there was once I called him to help me transfer 500mil and he never scammed me. Well after giving him my stuff and relogging onto my main, He traded me and slowly started putting the stuff onto the trade box. then all of a sudden he stopped. I thought he went to the washroom or something. After waiting for 10 minutes I saw a level 100+hermit calling his name. Then after 1minute BiMBOxD cancelled the trade with me, started stripping and traded itshuyy and itshuyy left after the trade. Then after he traded, I asked him where my stuff was and he never replied and was constantly fjing all around the place. Then he deleted me off his buddy list. After fjing around for a bit BiMBOxD changed channel to where itshuyy was and I tried talking to him but he still didn't talk back and logged off after a few minutes. So itshuyy saw me and said that he wasn't in this. Well I am pretty sure BiMBOxD transferred the stuffs to itshuyy but I can't be sure since I can't see through their monitors. So yeah thats pretty much it and people in Windia just watch out for them. And remember some friends are good at betraying. =/ I am done with maple Have fun basilers and maplers. Hope you don't get scammed like me. EDIT: i gave the account to my real life friend so don't even ask for it =.= EDIT2: And I lost 300+mil in total. GG!:D EDIT3: I'll still be hanging around basil to look at screens and whatnot :D

Yea. I have alot of trust in people. Way too much for my own good. But I feel for you man, people are gonna flame "We don't care like always" but sometimes you just gotta rant on a forum to feel better=]. Gl with everything.

Well, honestly, that was a very idiotic move on your part. And I do agree with FlashedBlaze, ranting does make you feel better, and it might help some other people too. I don't see why you hafta quit tho.

i'm sorry for you loss of equips but there is a much safer way to do this: (btw, i have Vista nd it works for me; not sure for Xp users) basically, make 2 accounts in Vista and run maple in both accounts at the same time, and u can switch accounts back and forth while still being logged on. It' s somewhat painful process but it's the absolute safest way. I do that with my mules and whatnot.
