I asked for an explanation of the changes, or for a guide that was up to date, and I have to admit I did not understand 99% of the responses. I know the damage cap was raised, to nearly 200k at minimum, but possibly higher. But I don't know what effect this has had. Could I get a new comparison between x-bow and bow users? Ranger VS Sniper? Also, when is the first time an ability does more damage then double shot, when does it get retired?

Nope, Level 1 Strafe> Double Shot or Arrow Blow. Arrow Blow and Double Shot are 260% damage, Strafe is 71% per arrow, times 4 = 284%.
