Get 10 snow silks... talk to Cassandra then go to Perion and talk to Winston in East Rocky Mountain , then he'll tell you to see Arwen in Ellina. After that, go see Francois in Ellina for the cape. And to upgrade it(so worth it!)get 10 snow silks again, go to Orbis and talk to the Fairy(I forget her name, Francois will tell you.) The upgrade is +5 speed and +2 jump. =)
