ibm messed for maple

Hey my ibm says operating system not found. I looked under the keyboard and it was as dusty as anything. I cant get the whole keyboard off, because I'm 12 and don't want to blow up the computer. First tell me how to get the keyboard off, step by step, then tell me if the dust is messing it up, and It's a buttload of dust in there. Then tell me how to get it all out. THanks, and can it be step by step. THANKS! ALso, would that make my maple quicker because thats really slow when it used to work.

the dust would slow the fan and make ur comp overheat easy this woould make maple slow so go ahead

Use a small cleaning cloth soaked with a little warm water to clean the dust. Make sure it is a thin one so it can reach into the small spaces. I suggest cleaning the dust off first so it will make it less harder for you to take off the keyboard without dust flying everywhere.

Not in your keyboard. It has nothing to do with maple running slowly. The only way to get the keys off would be to pry them off. get something thin, shove it under, pop off. Repeat. Clean keyboard, snap keys back on. If you're lucky, you won't break any. And if your IBM says operating system not found, then the operating system is not found. you need to re-install it :P

step 1: turn the keyboard upside down, trust me, the comp wont blow up step 2: get a sponge and get soap and water on it and clean your keyboard step 3: dry it off step 4: your done! your keyboard isn't coming unplugged as long as you don't try to pull it away from the comp

Am I the only one seeing something extremely nonsensical here? "Operating system not found" - that means an error with Windows, Linux, OS X, etc. "Keyboard dusty" - so what? Your 2 problems have nothing to do with each other.
