To Catch a Hog

Hey guys. Do you guys have any tips for me when I go to catch my level 70 Hog. I don't need the tips for the quest but just the tips for catching it using that 20m Pot. I have a ranger friend who'll be able to cast a puppet for me. Do you think that helps enough for me not to miss? If not, then are there any other ways you guys can suggest. Thanks :]

Just put the thing to catch it onto a quick key. And just do it the same way as you would with Ariant Collisiem. Go close to it and use the pot. Check youtube for guides if you want to see how they did it.

I've never missed. Just stand on the pig then use the pot. It's not a big deal.

If you're really worried about it, scroll some snowshoes for 7speed or some white-bottoms for 8, get a speed pill for +10 speed and finally grab a fish spear for a final +5 speed (if you don't have another weapon w/ speed). This will help you immensely w/ being up to speed w/ the pig. IT also helps if you chase it into a corner, as you know where it will have to go.

Just uhhh... Kill all the tiger mobs so they don't get in the way and corner the pig, when it's running away from the wall that's when you use the potion thing.

You could also attack it so it follows you around. Make sure to walk to a corner of the map so the hog is on the same spot for a 'longer' time. Good luck!

Last question. Are there any "blind spots" within the pig range or can u stand anywhere on the pig to catch it? In other words, do you have to stand exactly on top or just on it?
