How to contact Heaven?

Well I'm getting my zhelm soon . I just finished the pre quests and decided to contact heaven to get the specifics and how much to pay for what service and all that other junk. Anyways I just looked at the stickies and I can't find the thread on where to buy zhelms. I remember it was stickied but it's not there anymore . If anybody can link me to thread or tell me who to contact in the Heaven guild to buy a zhelm the help would be appreciated . Thanks in advance. P.S. Feel free to flame me about this topic being posted 1000+ times .
