SP Question for a Level 77 Outlaw.

Hey everyone, well I'm almost Level 77 and that means maxed Burst Fire and I get to start a new skill. It's a little difficult seeing that I don't know whether or not I'll be sniping at Jr. Newties or stay at Windraiders til my late 8x. I don't mind staying at Windraiders though seeing that the map is quite fun to roam around (except when you fall down and have to go back as quick as possible or someone is going to take your map). If I do stay, do you all think I should bring Ice Splitter up to 25 (26 seems to be a waste seeing that 25 is when you hit mobs of 6 already) first? or start on Octopus and go to Jr. Newties in my early 8x? Thanks for all the inputs in advance.

ur choice but if u stay at wr ice will be very helpful since wr's come in mobs and ice is also usefull at newts so u can freeze the newt and att without taking any dmg id say u max ice first but a lot of people will say octo first

I added 2 points into Ice Splitter at Level 77. Guess I'll be adding that til it's Level 25.
