I want to start off with High HP. Before i make the 1st job adv. How would this work? i still want to have the normal build but id like to have the highest HP possible.

No, what you do is just level like normal as a beginner then when you advance, level to lvl 15 but DONT put any points into anything yet. When you max out increase max HP then you put them in. Then put all 5 in for each level after.

Wait, i want to have the normal build for a warrior. But i want to receive the AP points after i used it. I heard it was possible.

I dont understand what you're trying to say. You want the AP points after you already put them in...? The only time you get your AP points back is when you change from a Beginner to a warrior.
