Ok so i'm lvl 35 DEXLESS BRAWLER should i scroll my maple knukle with the scroll for atk or scroll for acc

Use Maple Anniversary Scrolls.

maple anniversary scroll is only for the lvl 65 or somethign claw

Well unless you have some godly dex equips, I'd suggest going for accuracy, doesn't matter how strong you are if you can't hit the monster!

If you can't hit a monster you would be training on then you shouldn't be going low/no dex. Pretty much like the att gloves over acc gloves.

it all depends on what ur base dex is, and what ur dex from other equips is. if u have enough, go for a str cape. if not, dex cape
