I simply went to Winston in Perion to start the quest, he did not have the quest for the cape for me, was i suppose to do something before that? do i need to finish all his quests?

quest goes in this order Cassandra (talk to) winston (talk to) arwen(talk to after gettting 10 snow silks) francois(after talking to arwen)

ChiefMonkiefirst one does nothing, lvl 40 upgrade adds 5 speed, 3 jump, dunno about lvl 70 upgrade yet,.

i need to upgrade my cape, after franco i went to orbis to talk to lisa, she is not giving me any quest. was there something i needed to do first?

Maple cape is useless. No DEX, STR, LUK, or INT stats.
