why dont corsair's have speed infusion

I mean why don't they? Marksman and bowmaster got sharpeye. Buccaneers got not one but two buffs? Sound unfair don't you think?

If corsairs had all the skills mentioned that they want, think of the chaos! So many strless slingers running around, bullet prices rising... and pirates would have a complete monopoly over other classes. Think of it in a "Planet of the Apes" kinda thing.
