My time at bubblings

This is a tale of perserverence, determination, and a really lazy bandit. The following happened over the course of two hours. So there i was, at the bubbling/octo map west of kerning city. Uppon logging onto my str bandit, i realize my potion count to be dangerously low, so i repot at kerning. When i returned to the bubblings, a lv 8x brawler was there, trying his luck for a maple shield. I come in and start killing and he says, "noob, cc." i say nothing and continue killing. Naturally, he beginns to ks me. I dont mind too much, because he may be strong, but he cant keep up with my speed. So he keeps ksing my, but eventually leaves. He comes back on a 57 sin, and kss me more efficently. He continues to ks me, but i keep my cool. He makes fun of me saying "dude" or "bro", as i commonly do, and asks my age. I told him and he called me immature. Whatever. I was expecting some 20+ year old, but he said he was 8... Lol? Doesent this game have age requirements? He's calling me immature? Anyway, he leaves his sin, and comes back on a 130ish shadower. He is REALLY ksing me now. He is still calling me names and such, but i still dont mind. He finally asked my why i dont just cc? I reply that im not leaving without a maple shield. He replies, "you will be here forever, cause ill never let you get one." Then it happens. A bubbling appeared as normal, and i was just a tad faster than him spamming boomerang step, and kill the bubbling first. To my hearts delight, it drops a maple shield! Didnt he say something like, "you will never get a maple shield!" morale of the story? Even if other people put you down, anyone can achieve their goal. Just felt like making this known. I turned it into a magician shield for my soon to be f/p mage, and its stats are average, which is good enough for me.
