Due to many threads regarding sexuality, I have come out to some basil people as being Bi, for those of you who know me, Hi~. So theres a guy I like and he's 1 grade a head of me (10th, I'm in 9th) and he seems like a really nice guy, not like a trouble maker or w/e. And so I see him like everyday in the halls, in the morning, at lunch, etc. and I really can't say that I think he's gay or bi. After a while of thinking I decided its really best that I let go, but I really couldn't...I've let go the "crush" but I still think he's a cool kid and wanted to get to know him or just be friends. I've started a "cycle" that's basically gonna bite me in the but. I added him on Facebook, hoping he'd recognize me from seeing me around school. And like 30minutes ago from this post I texted him saying hey whats up. 1. He doesn't know who I am. (obviously, never talked to him...) 2. He probably thinks im a weirdo for trying to be his friend. I don't know what to do here. I've let go of him in that way, but I still wanna be his friend. What do I do with out "TRYING" too hard.

Yea well I thought he was based on some of the friend he hung out with and some of his pics on FB are a "tad" flamboyant Imo. But... doesn't mean can't be the kid's friend =/

Just try starting conversations with him. Talk about things you both have in common, but if he doesn't want to talk or doesn't reply, don't bug him. If you do, chances are he's just gonna get annoyed and won't want to be your friend.

I'm saying I went against my safe self, disobeyed my gut, and took a chance. No I dont know what to do before I make a situation worse. How can I fix? Or should I just stop now.

Yes, this is why you go to gay bars. Honestly, It's really hard to tell if a person is gay unless they're like "Omg wut i liek fairies, i wear pinks i haz lifp" or something. Because I'm gay and I act completely normal .... and it's hard for people to tell unless they know me well... And I don't tell people I let them find out XD Anyways, If I ever want a guy it HAS to be someone that acts normal like me please I don't want no flamers.If I wanted feminine i'd get a girl. I prolly will get more girls than guys. But w.e XD And OT: He's probably not gay, don't fall for straight guys because I have so many times it's retarded. Just make normal friends and you'll notice when someone is flirting with you.

And yea I agree with everyone else. If anything facebook is (now) for stalkers so if he added you then he prolly doesn't mind ....

XtremeClax: Thanks... It really does suck being a high school kid in this situation. Problem is that to my rl friends, I'm still in the closet... And so all of the guys who I like its probably impossible to tell if they're gay... Usually no.

I never stalked him.... The facebook suggester put his up 1 day a "people you might know" since we're in the same school, but his profile pic is like old so it looks like him but not really. I took a chance o.o
