how do i upgrade my maple cape

Hi there i was wondering how do i upgrade my maple cape.. i received the first one but i cant receive any other one, plus i talk to Lisa and nothing happen all she say was did you find hella.... Thanks for the help

You must drop it so the "retrieving maple cape" quest will be available you will need 100 snow thingyes and 1000 maple leaves go talk to the old man at elnath and you'll get an upgraded version

This quest only uses snow silk balls (whatever you call it). Here are the NPC to get the the cape and an upgrade: 1) Talk to Cassandra. 2) Head over to East of period to talk to Winston. 3) Head over to Ellinia and talk to Arwen, then Francois. 4) Head over to Orbis to talk to Lisa (you get the 1st cape here). 5) Head over to El Nath to talk Alcaster (upgrade cape). You only need 20 snow silks for the entire quest, and the cape is untradeable.

Isn't the upgraded cape level 70? You might need to be level 70 in order to upgrade it

It's just that you can't wear it until you're lvl 70. This is similar to Pirate hat. You can still get the lvl 90 pirate hat without being lvl 90.

Between #2 and #3, u need to talk to Arwen in Ellinia to get mysterious fabric, then to Francois (item maker in Ellinia) to make into the first cape (will need maple leaves, forgot the amount, but very minimal, like 10 or 20), then u go to Lisa at Orbis to upgrade to next lvl cape (gives speed and jump stats, will need 10 more snow silks), then 3rd upgrade is with Alcaster (forgot the items needed for this upgrade).
