Title says it all. I exploded mine... don't get them cape dex scroll from the admin... only works on maple cape

I exploded mine too and i dont know how to get it either,i tried all npcs (Alcaster,The fairy,Francois) nothing

To soddycot,yes only on the 4th annyversary items. To Sekz it gives 10+ speed and 5 + jump,i dont remember the def upgrades since mine exploded..
