Cake Dungeon and Maple Weapons

Is there any other purpose for this place other than the candle quest? And just me, or are the chances of maple weapon dropping slim to none? Has anyone had a maple weapon drop for them? I was at Golem Dungeon and got all 5 mixed and stone golem cards + drops and no maple weapon. Sorry if I'm late on this and thanks in advance. :D

I saw somebody get a Sword from a mob, so they do drop from them, just a really low rate. It's the same every year, don't expect to be handed a weapon in the first day of grinding. (Sheesh I remember back to when they were first released, took me forever to get ONE)

No maple weapons but i have got a blue screamer, Gold dragon(spear), ilbies, green pirate shoes, and two mage outfits from woflspiders in the last 3 hours...

I was at Bubblings for around a minute and a half and I got a Maple Shield. O_O I was really surprised. Don't have to believe me, but I'm not lying.

Last year I got like 20 Maple weapons in just like 5 hours of lazy game play..Today I spend 3 hours grinding and I got nothing...

I got a Maple Shield from bubblings :D And they do drop them, but I don't think it's worth it, they drop the leafs and stuff at the same rate of other monsters, while other monsters give stuff along with the leaves, I wouldn't bother unless you're doing the candle quest.

I saw a shield at bubblings, the person who killed tele'd away before they saw it, so like 3 of us were trying to loot. I lost. =(

If they're dropping, the drop rate is obscenely low. As for the cakes, probably not much point other than the candles. And the cake use drops I suppose, you can npc those for a nice bit of cash.

I got a maple shield from bubblings after like 1.5hours on 2x drop... so ya they are pretty darn rare if you dont have an ultimate to mass kill them.

There's no point in using Ultimates at Bubblings because the map is just too huge and the spawn is sort of spread out. I usually kill more Bubblings using Fire Demon + Elquines in the time it takes for Meteor to fully cast. But yeah... 6 hours with 2x drop at Bubblings. Got no Maple Shields but I did get around 30-40k Maple Leaves. o.o
