event level quest anyone?

hi anyone know about the level quest? so just now i was talkin to the admin npc and it said i could do the level quest so i did it. and bam! i was one level higher! and it gave me some maple leaves. However even though i leveled, i didnt receive ANY skill points whats so ever! i was counting on my points to bring up some skills! and luk etc now how am i going to get them! im lvl 54 but its like im still 53

i was talking to the admin in hensy and she had a available quest for me. so i did it. and then i leveled.

You don't level.... it gives you leaves according to your level, and tells you to come back when you level so that you get more leaves...

but at the bottom it said congrats on being lvl 54. and i was 53. im confused.

It doesnt show your level up on the chat box
