Progress On My Beginner

Well, I started a beginner about 2 weeks ago and want to check the beginner section to see how I'm doing First off, I chose to be dexless because I was well funded and everyone here says that dexless will ultimately fail compared to low-dex. So far I am level 27. My damage range is 50~486 and my accuracy is 70. My equips so far: 5 ACC clean Brown Bandana (Upgrading to Black Starry at 30) 11 Dex Single Earrings 24 Dex 13 Acc Bathrobe 12 Attack BWG 2 Attack Black Raggedy 8 Speed Pink Whitebottoms (Upgrading to Slime Shoes at 30) 50 Attack 15 Acc Pumpkin Spear (Hopefully getting a nicely scrolled one soon) I plan on using the Pumpkin Spear until level 48 when I can get a Guan Yu Pole Arm. Now a question: How long do you think I can stay dexless?

Well, if you can make it to a guan yu i believe you can stay dexless for quite a while, get hp equipts + hb mule for z run and get a zhelm and you will be fine on dex/acc also the guan yu you intend to get will give about 30 acc.

Yeah, I'm planning on finding a guild with extremely good HP equips to be able to ZRun as close after 50 as possible, if not right at it.

Since lurking these forums for about 3 weeks now, I can see that everyone says dexless beginners will fail. Might as well try and prove them wrong o.o

DEXless only works when you have very good DEX equips. In terms of what I mean, with those equips you're definitely going to do fine being DEXless. However, later you'll want to get some shoes with a good amount of DEX/Accuracy on them as well (5 DEX should suffice, for example), and possibly a DEX cape as you're probably going to need some more of that as you progress in order to avoid missing less on higher leveled monsters. You should use a Maple Sword when you reach level 35 and a Maple Soul Singer up to level 48 instead. The rest is going to be covered once you get a Zakum Helm and good accuracy equipment (Guan Yu Pole Arm, etc.) Either way, that's actually pretty impressive. I wish you good luck as you progress through.

You can stay dexless for lvl 70 with your plan AT LEAST. You should use a Maple Sword when you reach level 35 and a Maple Soul Singer up to level 48 instead

Dexless only fails because the majority of us can't afford it. You already have more accuracy than me, and I have 70 dex. Maybe I just suck though.

Did you get some accuracy white bottoms yet? HP is going to be a big problem if your going to pq. Honestly, if he is going DEXless anyways a weapon attack shield will not matter. I am not talking about damage, I am talking about accuracy and preference if he is going to choose this sort of build. Also Im only talking about training, if he is PQing then he might as well not really need that stuff.
