Now what do I do? The guide said to talk to Gaga, so I did and nothing happened. Then i talked to Arwen...nothing. What do i do? Also, where is this Francois guy?

Level 30 maple cape 5 w.def 8.m.def you need about 25 leafs to get it also.

You have to talk to Winston 2 maps right and 1 map up from Perion.

It's 50 leaves for the level 20 cape.

Talk to Winston first to start the quest, then bring 10 Snow Silks to Arwen. You then bring 50 Maple Leaves to Francois. If you are a high enough level, then you bring 10 more Snow Silks to a girl in Orbis for the level 40 Maple Cape. If you are level 65+, then you can bring 10 Snow Silks and 10 Maple Leaves to Alcaster in El Nath for the level 70 Maple Cape.

OK, I got my cape. I just flew to Orbis for an upgrade...but Lisa doesn't do anything, she only talks about Hella.

ok listen talk to casandra. then go and talk to winston. he will send you to arwen.talk to arwen. then arwen wills end you to francois. talk to her and you will get a maple cape. its that easy
