| Hiyas, BasilMarket xp Last year, I took the liberty of compiling up the ENTIRE 3rd job Anniversary Maple Weapon drop list, however...I do not want to go through that hell again, so someone else can do it. I would link last year's, but basil's thread database is purged every few months or so. So instead, I shall list info about Maple May month here, hopefully it helps. MapleStory 4th Anniversary Quests Cassandra's Forehead Maple Leaf Accessory is back Simply go to Cassandra who is most towns and have 50 maple leaves handy to receive a +5 random stat maple leaf that you can equip. However, it only lasts a week. You can only do this every 2 hours or so I believe. You can also buy maple syrup which is used to scroll the maple leaf, however, beware, as it can even decrease its stats. Cassandra's Speed Quiz Cassandra has a new quiz ready for you. Its a series of 50 random questions showing a picture of a random NPC/Monster and you have identify it correctly to the name by typing it in quickly. You have 10 seconds for each picture and you can skip the picture if you have no idea. I also believe this has a 2 hour or so waiting period after you try once. My personal best is 9/50 and I've gotten a Chocolate cake as a reward. 4 Candles Quest There's a new NPC around that takes care of the Maple Tree named Gaga. Once you log on after you dled the patch, you get an immediate quest from him, he'll give you this maple candle that goes into your set-up inventory and as long as you stay on it stays lit. Every 40 minute interval from then you will receive a piece of maple cake. Once you have 4, go see Gaga in town and ask for a box. Open up the box and UI will appear, drop the 4 cake pieces in and then just return to him and claim your random reward. This quest is repeatable. Free Maple Leaves! As soon as you log on after you dled the patch, you will get an instant quest from the Maple Administrator. She basically gives you an amount of maple leaves based on your level, the higher your level, the more you get. And everytime you level in this event, she'll contact you with the same quest right after you level to give you more maple leaves. Tiene of Lith Harbor Are you a monster card hunter, but could never collect those boss cards from those old KPQ and LPQ bosses? Theres a new NPC in Lith Harbor who I believe is named Tiene or Tieve. He's offering you a special deal involving maple leaves and monster cards. If you give him a certain amount of maple leaves he will trade you a card of your wish on his list. A nice way to get those hard to find cards. A Maple Cape Quest Theres a new maple cape item available through a quest. Talk to Cassandra first I believe and she'll tell you to gather 10 Snow Silks which you can get by opening Treasure Hunt Notes that can randomly give you a Mana Elixer, White Potion, Red Potion, Blu |
