since nexon made corkscrew, backspin, du, etc availible during transformation, will more people go towards the transformation build or keep going with the stun/blast build? this is more for the newly made 3rd jobbers, not the ppl almost in there 120s.

The build benefits transform but renders shockwave utterly useless :D Right now shockwave has no delay... You can use it as temp boosts in killing speed. But you can't abuse no delay otherwise you d/c. But the no delay cant still be taken advantage of, you adjust your attacking speed higher now, just not too much...

If I know my stuff it might be the same. People will want to do transform because of the no delay(But d/c is downside for now) and you can use csb and ssk in transform. But because Energy burst(?) is now spammable(Decreased delay), people might want to go do energy build more too. So it might be equal. I'm probably wrong because I'm a lv 43 brawler but yeah :P

Since blast is spammable now, it totally makes shockwave even more useless. Energy/blast based builds are even better now.

Probably the same energy build, might add a point into transform early on for fun since it doesn't hurt to be in transform and I can probably take the hit for one less point in charge. I wouldn't bother with shockwave though, unless you want to show off damage. But turning super saiyan is exciting enough for me.
