Its not your fault that your obese, its in your genes. You see, centuries... no THOUSANDS of years ago, your ancestors faced issues that we today do not have. When it was cold back then, the body would use all the food they ate and turn it into layers of fat, to protect you from the cold. Also, back then food was hard to find, so your body makes you crave eating, unfortunately your body doesn't know your not in a state of malnutrition, in fact most of you eat 2-5 meals a day. This genetic problem flows into most of us.... some more then others. Its not your fault. ANOTHER FACT: ill tell you in laymans term... being obese makes your little friend smaller because the hormones used to your "growth" are transferred to the hormones that create layers of fat. Start exercising.

I'm like 152lbs, by the last time measured. Of course im not obese. Obesity: Having a high percentage of fat. NOT THE SAME AS OVERWEIGHT.
