Will the 2x exp from family stack with the 2x exp event on weekends?

no if you try to use the family 2x exp then you will basic waste your rep cuz if a 2xexp is already active you family 2x exp will be nullifed

No, because ago you could get like 12x from 2x event + 2x rep + 2x CS + 1.5k HS

no it not it said it in the family entitlement saying they are not stackable and if other 2x exp is active then the family 2x exp will be NULLIFED read the family entitlements.

It did before the patch (glitch), but I'm not sure if they fixed it or not.

Yes, because if the EXP is gonna shoot to 6x with an EXP card. Then im almost 99.9% sure they are gonna fix it. If not we'll have people running around on 12x.

Its supposed to be 2x*2x*2x*1.5x o.O= 12x exp
