Too many of them are stealing it now that now I need to connect the ethernet cable for me to use the internet, because theres too many people on the connection that it wont let me log on o_____o And I am like the one who's wasting the money on the connection .____. Any help to get these fools to leave my connection and stop downloading pron and those sort of stuff? Oh, and yes it has a password but it seems they can bypass them any day.

If you have the know-how, you could reset the router, so you'd be able to change the pw and the network name. Then you can make it so the network can only be found if you know the name of it, ie. scanning for available networks wont show your network. Doing something along those line should be able to keep them off, just remember to use names and pw that they wont be able to guess.

yea, it should be protected. Call the company of your router or internet.... They know how to deal it better than we do.

Anyways, I cant like use the router until all those fools are done waiting for the wireless to come up, which will be more likely last one hour, 2 tops. Is there anyway to log on my router efficiently without the neighbors logging in first? Because when they log on the internet it instantly kicks me out.." According to that, I'm guessing that the problem is they KNOW your password because it's easy to figure out and that they are not hacking it. To answer your question, I think that you should disable the wireless and connect your desktop/laptop directly to the modem with an ethernet cable. Then change the password to the wireless to something that would be hard to guess/figure out and then reactive your wireless. If they are indeed hacking your password, then yea, like everyone else said, talk to them or inform the police. =)

Find the IP of the Modem your connecting to, type it in on the browser, search around until you find wireless and if its on turn it off? :

It is pretty much impossible for them to somehow crack your router's password. I'd guess that you messed up the settings on either your computer's connection or your router. Reset your router, and reset the wireless connection on your computer. If you don't know how to reset your router, search your router's brand name and model for an instruction manual.
