i need some motivation thoughts coz i keep quitting and making new characters and repeating over and over again.

Hmm, pick a class you like and stick with it. We can't tell you to keep playing because it's really up to you and whether or not you want to play. Try to get to like a really high level and then worry about getting good equips after, you can always find equips.
