Throwing star inflation?

Today i was buying ilbis and steelys for my sin in the fm and some guy traded me wanting 3m per steely. i thoguht that it was to high and told him there worth 2.5m? he argued back syaing that ilbis and steelys have inflated since the last few patches. is this true , have ilbi and steely throwing stars inflated recently? and if so does anyone know why?

In MP3 and WS ther were tons of vaccs, which got tons of stars and sold them, and since there were so many stars they deflated A LOT. But most hackers are gone since the last patch, and since there is a more limited stock of stars, the price inflated.
